Toddler Moss Stitch Cowl

My toddler wants to be just like me. Can anyone else relate? She follows me like a shadow. She talks like me, walks like me, and insists on wearing things that I’m wearing. So when I made myself this infinity scarf, she insisted that she had to have a scarf, too.

It’s a good thing I love to crochet, because I got super excited. But I wanted something original. I didn’t want to steal a pattern, because I knew this is something I’d like to share with people. And thus, the Toddler Moss Stitch Cowl was made.

I love the Moss Stitch. It is definitely one of my favorites. I love how it dips down into previous rows. There is something about it that makes me feel warm and cozy. Maybe I’m just weird… Anyway, don’t you think it’s cute?!

And this yarn…my goodness, I love this yarn! I used Lion Brand Hometown USA Yarn. It is super chunky and super soft and comes in super duper cute colors!

I remember when the yarn came in the mail. I opened it, touched it, and proceeded to rub it on my face and hug it. Weird, right? Well, it might not be weird once you buy a skein and make this adorable cowl!

You can get Lion Brand Hometown USA at Walmart for less than $3.00! I’m serious. It’s awesome.

Anyway…enough talk about how cute this cowl is and how soft this yarn is. Make this cowl for the cute little toddler in your life! Louisa loves hers.
